Elme Metall is working on a production and logistics complex construction project in the Klaipėda Free Rconomic Zone (FEZ) in Lithuania
Elme Metall has commenced the first stage of the project in the grounds of the Klaipėda FEZ: the construction of commercial, storage and administrative premises has already begun on a land plot of 2 hectares. The general contractors for the implementation of this construction stage are Lithuanian companies UAB Aldasta, UAB Litana and UAB Strele Industrial.
We expect to complete the current project stage and commercialize the premises in July 2021.
