On September 6, a cornerstone laying ceremony of industrial warehouse complex under construction for the company Elme Metall Finland was held in the city of Parola (Finland).
Since beginning of operations in Finland in 2011, Elme Metall achieved significant success – the sales of rolled metal products and products from it exceed 25,000 tons.
The Chairman of the Board of Elme Metall Georgy Grigorjan emphasized, “Today ELME Metall is a leader in sale of rolled metal products, as well as finished products from sheet, profile and reinforcement in the Baltic countries. The construction of a new complex with an area of 2000 m2 and commissioning of modern equipment enables to expand a range and improve a quality of our services.
Commissioning of the complex is planned for the end of 2017.
Elme Metall, an affiliated company of BLRT Grupp, is involved in sale of rolled steel products, as well as in processing of metal products. Today the Elme Metall is an international company with a total staff of about 500 people, with companies located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland and Russia. Developed warehouse and production infrastructure, consisting of 14 logistics and 5 service centers with an area of about 300,000 m2, equipped with a high-tech equipment, enables to sell our products not only in the Baltic countries, but also in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The company’s targets are sectors of shipbuilding, offshore and onshore wind energy, oil and gas industry, engineering, as well as industrial, civil and infrastructure construction.
