The construction of the Kalaranna apartment buildings is ongoing near Port Noblessner. The main contractor is Nordecon AS, while NOBE (Nordecon Betoon OÜ) is carrying out concreting work.

For this project, Elme Metall has supplied around 1500 tonnes of concrete steel of various nomenclatures, including parts made in its service centre in Vilnius. The builders have used these products to construct the substructure and underground car park of the residential complex. The buildings themselves will be made from precast reinforced concrete structures.
