In late October, Elme Metall completed the delivery of the foundation components for 73 turbines of the Nysäter wind farm being built in Northern Sweden. This wind farm with a total capacity of 475 MW will enter into service in 2021, becoming the second largest wind farm in Sweden and one of the largest in Europe.

3200 tonnes of parts manufactured from straight rods over the last two years at the Elme Metall service centre in Vilnius will be installed in the turbine foundations that are to support pillars with a height of 84-134 metres. The wind turbine foundations are constructed by Estonian company NOBE (Nordecon Betoon OÜ).
